You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to use our services.
All products are digital modifications/cheats only. No physical items are provided. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for personal use only. You do not own the software or any related intellectual property. Delivery Time: Keys are usually delivered within 1 hour to 72 hours after successful payment.
All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be issued after the key is delivered or activated.
You use our products entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any game bans, account suspensions, hardware bans, data loss, or any other consequences. Game developer changes, anti-cheat updates, or any server-side modifications are not our responsibility.
We do not guarantee that our products will work forever. Game updates may break functionality. Lifetime updates are not guaranteed.
Support is provided on a best-effort basis but is not guaranteed. Response times may vary.
The following actions will result in immediate permanent ban and blacklist: Sharing, selling, or transferring your key; Leaking, reverse engineering, or modifying the software; Using the product on multiple devices/accounts without permission; Any attempt to bypass our security or anti-leak systems.
Fraudulent payments, chargebacks, or disputes will result in permanent ban. We reserve the right to report fraudulent activity.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms or for any other reason.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
You agree to indemnify and hold OrvexCpm harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from your use of our products or violation of these terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
